How can I place an order?
We accept orders online at our website, www.divineweddingfavors.com, phone orders toll-free
at 888-361-2496, or via corporate orders via purchase order. Our customer service staff is
available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to answer your questions. Please leave a
message if you do not reach a live person and we will return the call. We'd love to talk to you!
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed on-line or by telephone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or
Discover Cards. If you'd like to pay by corporate check, your order must be placed by phone.

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 5 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please
estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is placed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept any non-personalized, used, or non-edible for return. Please note that customized
orders, personalized tags, edible items, wedding cameras, bubbles and confectionery
merchandise are not returnable. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 888-361-2496 or
returns@divineweddingfavors.com within 10 days of receipt to receive authorization for a return.
Items must be in their original packaging and are appropriately secured within the shipping
box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping
charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will
not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that
you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged
or lost return packages.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit
total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking
institution to process the credit.
Can I return personalized items?
Personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I return edible items?
Edible favors are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What if I received damaged items?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please
call our customer service staff at info@divineweddingfavors.com or 888-361-2496 as soon as
possible. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in
the box. Once we receive this email or call we will take the necessary steps to ensure the
situation is corrected.
